To get the verification badge, you have to apply. For this,

account and click on the Request Verification button. After clicking on this
button, you will have to choose which category you come under the blue tick.
After that, to reveal your identity, you will have to provide an ID card given
by the government, an email address received from the office or a link to the
official website that verifies your Twitter
account.
These rules have to be
fulfilled
Twitter has created categories such as
government, companies, brands and organizations, news organizations and
journalists, entertainment, sports and gaming activists, organizers and other
influencers. To get a blue tick, it is necessary for the person or organization
to fit into these categories. Apart from this, your account should be authentic
i.e. real as well as active. Being active means that you have been using it
continuously for the last 6 months and you have not been banned for violating
the rules of Twitter in the last one
year. After this complete process, if your application is approved, then blue
tick will be put in front of the account, otherwise after 30 days you can apply
for verification again.
Blue tick is removed in
these situations
If the account is not
active for a long time, then the company can remove the blue tick and the
company will not give you any notice for this. Twitter's privacy policy clearly tells that it can remove blue tick
verification from your account without giving notice and also banned it in a
number of spam tweets.
