Southwest monsoon winds are expected. By the 21st, the southwest monsoon is likely to hit the South Andaman Sea and the southeastern Bay of Bengal. On the other hand, there is a risk of low pressure areas in the North Andaman Sea and the adjoining North Central Bay by 22.
It will turn into a sea storm in the next 72 hours and move northwest, crossing the Odisha-West Bengal coast on the evening of the 26th.
As a result, coastal Odisha will receive heavy rainfall from the evening of the 25th. On the 23rd, the wind speed could be 45 to 55 kilometers per hour. From the 24th to the 26th, the wind speed will be 50 to 60 kilometers per hour.
The Andaman Sea and the adjoining Bay of Bengal will be in turmoil from the 23rd. As a result, fishermen have been banned from the sea until the 27th. Those who have gone to the deep sea have been told by the meteorological department to return by the 23rd. The storm is expected to land in Sundarbans.
