Cyclone Tauktae to make landfall in Gujarat.

In Gujarat, when the hurricane is about to strike in the next few hours, horrible scenes are being witnessed passing near Mumbai.

A hurricane is going to hit Gujarat in the evening.  Before this storm hit Gujarat, it came to Gujarat via South India and Mumbai.  The hurricane has had a devastating effect on Mumbai as it has passed close to Mumbai's coastline.  There have been scenes of heavy rain with heavy winds.  Traffic in Mumbai has been disrupted and people's homes have been flooded.  Even though the effect of the hurricane is only in Mumbai, when the horrible scenes have come to light, the hurricane is going to hit Gujarat directly.

The hurricane will land between Mahuva and Porbandar in Bhavnagar.  According to the meteorological department, the speed will be 200 kmph when the hurricane hits the ground.  Waves can bounce up to 2 meters in the ocean.  Therefore, Amreli, Bhavnagar, Botad, Valsad, Navsari will be more affected by the hurricane.  Apart from this, Junagadh, Gir Somnath will also be affected by the hurricane.  Rainfall is forecast in Ahmedabad, Kheda, Anand, Vadodara, Surat, Gandhinagar, Patan, Banaskantha, Aravalli.  All these districts are likely to receive heavy to very heavy rains today and tomorrow.  The Great Danger Signal has been declared considering the intensity of the hurricane.

 Gujarat, which is battling the Corona virus, has been hit by a major hurricane crisis, which has now picked up speed and is rapidly moving towards Gujarat, while the meteorological department has placed the hurricane in a very serious category.  The hurricane is classified as category four and has winds of 225 to 279 kmph.  According to the meteorological department, the storm is expected to hit Gujarat on Monday night.  In Gujarat, after 25 years, signal number 10 has been given to the coast.
